No Returns, No Refunds

Every purchase made through Vayron Labs is final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after ordering
• Ordering the wrong item or quantity
• Products that go unused
• General dissatisfaction with a product
• A research project ending or changing direction
• Shifts in local, state, or federal regulations

Why We Can't Accept Returns

Our products are specialized research materials that come with real handling constraints:

• They can't be safely restocked once they leave our facility
• They require specific storage and handling conditions
• They're intended to be used for research shortly after arrival
• Chain-of-custody expectations apply once a product ships

Safety & Compliance

• Contamination risk: once a product has left our facility, we can no longer verify how it was stored or handled
• Chain of custody: research compounds carry strict handling requirements we can't guarantee after shipment
• Regulatory considerations: accepting returned compounds may run afoul of applicable regulations

Because all sales are final, please take a moment before checkout to confirm:

• That your order complies with regulations in your area

• Any storage or handling conditions the product requires

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, here's what to do:

Report it right away

• Email us at support@vayronlab.com within 24 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and a photo showing the issue
• Don't use or open the product if it looks damaged

What happens next

• We review every claim individually
• A replacement may be sent at our discretion
• Our decision on a claim is final
• We're not able to offer monetary refunds under any circumstance

Order Errors

We're not able to take responsibility for orders that were placed incorrectly — wrong product, wrong quantity, or an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. To help avoid this:

Payments

• All payments are final once processed
• Chargebacks and payment disputes do not result in refunds
